Registration is open from June 1^st, 2019 to November 18^th, 2019,

with preferential pricing rates before November 4^th, 2019.

First, If you do not have a Sciencesconf account (HAL), you can create one from the login page (at the top right of this page).

Then, registration will be done only by completing an online form after login.

Finally, confirmation of your registration will be done by email.

Authors, whose applications has been approved, are requested to register no later than the 4^th November, 2019.

Name and surname of each participant who has been previously registered online, must be indicated in the order form as well as the billing address.

Students must systematically joint to their order form a copy of their student card for 2019/2020 (which can be also sent by email to gfp2019.is2m@uha.fr).

Please provide the manager’s name and email address.

The corresponding invoice will be sent to this person by email, unless you advise otherwise.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

Cancellation must be requested by email at the following address: gfp2019.is2m@uha.fr

before November 4^th, 2019, refundable at 50%
after November 4^th, 2019, no refund possible.
