Poster Presentations

Format A0:  841mm (width) × 1189mm (height) [33.1″ (width) × 46.8” (height)]

Your poster needs to be mounted at the pre-identified location (look for your poster number on "Poster contributions" file) at your arrival and left at his position all the week.  Poster presenters are expected to be present at their poster location during the  poster sessions (lunch time and wednesday morning at 10:00 am).

Oral Presentations

Preparation and uploading

Display format: 16:9

Due to the tight schedule, you are asked to use the laptop available in the session room. Only MS Powerpoint (.ppt, .pptx) and Adobe (.pdf) formats will be accepted. Make sure your presentation is ready using the speaker-ready room available throughout the symposium.

Morning: Go to speaker-ready room no later than 8:15 the day of you talk, to upload your presentation

Afternoon: Go to speaker-ready room no later than 13:45 the day of you talk, to upload your presentation

A staff member will be available to assist you with the uploading. A laser pointer/slide changer will be available along with microphones.

Duration

Invited talk / 40 min total. Ideal breakdown: 30 min + 10 min

Regular talk / 20 min total. Ideal breakdown: 15 min + 5 min

The Session Chairs and Co-Chairs will be instructed to strictly keep all talks within the time limitation. She/he will stand up 1 min ahead of the ideal time duration to indicate to the speaker that her/his time is running out.
